Marian's Cream or Cheese Potatoes
Put the
mashed potatoes, butter, sour cream or cream cheese, milk, and salt in a
mixing bowl. Beat well. Fold in the eggs. Pour into a 2-quart buttered
casserole. Bake in a preheated 350° F. oven for 1 hour until golden
brown on top.
You can make this a day ahead and store in the refrigerator
overnight before baking. Add 15 minutes to the baking time if the dish
has been refrigerated.

1¼ c. milk
3/4 t. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
