Recipe Potato Soup Amish Recipes

Cook potatoes in a large saucepan; fry ground beef in butter. Sprinkle flour over meat and mix. Add water to make a gravy. Bring to a boil and add to potatoes. Serve over crackers. Canned hamburger works fine.

2 T. butter
4 T. flour
