Baked Potato Soup
In a large soup
kettle melt oleo; stir in flour. Heat and stir till smooth. Add milk,
stirring constantly till thickened. Add potatoes and onions. Bring to a
boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining
ingredients. Stir till cheese is melted. Serves 10 |
2/3 cup oleo
2/3 cup flour (less if want less thick)
7 cups milk
4 large potatoes, baked and chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped (optional)
12 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper |
