Recipe Fruit Pizza Amish Cooking Recipes

For crust, cream together butter, sugar, and egg. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Press into a greased pizza pan. Bake at 375° F. for 10 minutes or until light brown. Cream together cream cheese layer ingredients; spread over crust. Top with your favorite fruit, such as apples, peaches, pineapple, grapes, oranges, bananas, and strawberries. Cook glaze until clear. Cool. Spread over fruit.

Crust:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 t. baking powder
pinch salt
1-1/3 c.flour
Cream Cheese Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1 T. milk
Glaze:
2 c. pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. clear jel (heaping)
1-2 T. Jell-O
