Recipe Chicken Spaghetti Casserole Amish Cooking Recipes

Cook chicken until tender, cut up in small cubes. reserve liquid and cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Make a white sauce with oleo, milk, and flour. Combine chicken, white sauce and spaghetti. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in casserole and top with toasted bread cubes. Bake 1 hour at 250° F.

2 lbs. chicken breasts
1/2 cup oleo
6 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
8 oz. spaghetti
1/2 lb. cheese
salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
