Scalloped Potatoes and Ham Amish Recipes

Peel and grate potatoes, add ham chunks. Mix and heat the rest of the ingredients until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes and ham. Bake at 350° F. until thoroughly hot.

Feeds 250 people.

60 lb. potatoes, partly cooked
10 cans cream of celery soup
17 cans cream of chicken soup
6 cans onion soup
21 cups milk
2 cans evaporated milk
2 packages taco seasoning mix
6 lbs. Velveeta cheese
ham chunks, amount according to preference.
