Recipe Potluck Potatoes Amish Recipes Quantity Cooking

Cook potatoes, then divide into 8 large roasters. Pour sauce over potatoes. Bake for 1½ hours. Add butter to crushed Ritz crackers to moisten. Bake in a separate pan until crunchy. Fill serving bowls with potatoes and top with cracker crumbs.

100 potatoes, peeled, cubed
Sauce:
10 lbs. sour cream
2 lbs. butter
2 T Lawry's salt
3 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 T. garlic salt
4 cans cream of celery soup
4 cans cream of chicken soup
Topping:
2 boxes Ritz crackers, crushed
butter
