Recipe Noodles for 90 People Amish Recipes Quantity Cooking

Mix first 8 ingredients together; bring to a boil. Add noodles, then bring to a boil again. Add Velveeta cheese. Stir a little, then let set for 1½ hours.

Makes a 20-quart canner 3/4 full.

5 cans College Inn chicken broth
4 c. cut up chicken
4 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. butter, browned
3 T. chicken base
1 T. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
12 c. water
4 lbs. Inn Maid noodles
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
