Mashed Potatoes Amish Cooking Recipes

Peel potatoes and divide into sixteen 6 qt. saucepans. When mashing them add to each saucepan: 1/4 c. butter, 4 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 c. cream and enough salt to taste. Drizzle with brown butter on each serving bowl.

4 pt. cream
