Recipe Barbecued Hamburgers Recipes Quantity Cooking

Mix soda crackers, oats, bread, eggs, and onion. Divide into four parts. Divide the hamburger into four parts. Combine the egg mixture and hamburger. Shape into patties and barbecue the day before the wedding. Cool. Put four layers of hamburgers in a roaster, pouring barbecue sauce on each layer. Bake at 350° F. for 2-1/2 hours.

85 lbs. hamburger
4 lbs. crushed soda crackers
1 lb. rolled oats
2 loaves bread, soaked
3 doz. eggs
4 c. minced onion
