Melt margarine; stir in flour and add milk. Stir over low heat until thickened. Add cheese and allow to melt. Mix potatoes, green beans, ham and sauce in casserole. Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.

3 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1½ c. grated Velveeta cheese
6 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
1 qt. green beans
3 c. diced ham
