Grilled Ham Steak with Honey-Mustard
Sauce
Cut slashes
every 2" around the outer edge of the ham slice so that it will lay
flat. Place on a hot grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until nicely
browned. Turn over and spread the top of the slice with the
Honey-Mustard Sauce. Grill for another 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with
extra sauce.
Honey-Mustard Sauce:
Mix the two mustards together making sure there are no lumps,
then add the mayonnaise, sour cream and the honey. |

1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons honey |
