Sour Cream Noodle Casserole

Cook noodles in salt water; drain. Fry hamburger and onion together with salt and pepper. Drain off excess fat. Add to noodles. Heat the following in a 4-q. saucepan on low heat: mushroom soup, chicken soup, sour cream, milk and butter. When hot, add Velveeta cheese and heat till melted. Mix all ingredients together in a large roaster. Bake at 350° F. oven until bubbling hot, 1-2 hours.

3 - 8 oz. pkgs. noodles
5 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
salt and pepper
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
3 cups milk
6 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
