My Casserole

Sauce: Bring to a boil 1 qt milk. add a paste of 6 Tbsp. flour with enough milk for consistency. Add 1 lb. Velveeta cheese. Pour over all ingredients and mix. This makes about 5 or 6 quarts. Can be made 1 day to bake on the next. Bake at 275° F for 75 minutes. Top with buttered bread crumbs before serving.

1½ qt. uncooked wide curly noodles, cooked (not too soft)
1 qt. fresh or frozen peas, thawed
1 lb. franks, cut into 1/4" slices
4 stems celery, cooked
1 medium onion, chopped and cooked.
