Mexican Hash

Line bottom of baking dish with crushed Doritos. Fry ground beef with onion, add taco seasoning and mix with sauce or juice. Spread over top of Doritos. Spread cottage cheese over all. Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour. Then top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Spread sour cream, lettuce. and tomatoes in order given. Do not bake after adding sour cream and rest of ingredients.

2 lbs. ground beef
1 bag Doritos
onions
1 package taco seasoning
taco sauce or tomato juice
1 large box cottage cheese
mozzarella cheese
sour cream
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
