Cheese Souffle

Cube bread; put in bottom of greased casserole dish. Combine cheese, oleo, and meat. Sprinkle over bread cubes. Mix milk, eggs, and seasonings.
Add to top of the other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° F for 45-60 minutes. Can also add shredded potatoes.

8 slices bread
1 lb. cheese, grated
1/4 cup oleo
sausage, ham or bacon
2 cups milk
6 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. onion salt
salt and pepper to taste
mushrooms (optional)
