Baked Omelet Roll Amish Recipe Main Dish Recipies

Beat firs 5 ingredients together. Pour into a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 450° for 18-20 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle potatoes, ham and cheese over top. Roll up omelet in pan. Place with seam-side down on serving platter. Cut into 6 slices. Serve with maple syrup.
