Fruit Pizza

  Combine butter and sugar; add egg. Stir well. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Spread in greased 9" square pan. Bake at 350° F. for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Mix filling and spread over crust. Bring pineapple juice, sugar and clear jel to a boil. Cook until clear. Cool. Arrange fresh fruit over cream cheese layer. Spoon pineapple glaze over fruit. 1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Filling:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons white sugar
3/4 cup Cool Whip
Pineapple Glaze:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 tablespoon clear jel
