Three Bean Relish

Put all the ingredients except the kidney beans in a large enameled or stainless steel pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the kidney beans for the last 5 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.

Makes 8 pints

4 c. green beans cut into 1" pieces
4 c. yellow bens cut into 1" pieces
2 c. chopped onion
1 T. mustard seed
1 T celery seed
1/2 c. salad oil
2 quarts Basic Sweet Pickling Syrup
4 cups canned red kidney beans, well rinsed and drained
