Sweet Corn

Fill jars with water to within one inch of rim. Cook in pressure cooker 15 minutes at 10 lbs. pressure or cook in hot bath for 3 hours in a regular canner.

Fill clean jars with:
Fresh corn cut from cob

Then add the following to each jar:
1 T. Realemon juice
1 t. sugar
1 t. salt
