Recipe Stuffed Mini Red Peppers Amish Canning Recipes

Stuff peppers with shredded cabbage, place into pt. jars. Heat remaining ingredients to a boil. Pour over stuffed peppers in jars. Cold pack for 15 minutes.

1 c. brown sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 t. celery seed
1/2 t. mustard
1/2 t. tumeric
1/2 t. salt
