Rhubarb Preserves

Wash and prepare rhubarb, add sugar. Let stand 2½ hours, mixing occasionally. Bring to boil and boil for ten minutes. Add pineapple. Boil again for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jell-O. Seal in sterile jars.

4 c. rhubarb, cut up
4 c. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small box strawberry Jell-O
