Pizza Sauce Amish Canning Recipes

Drain tomatoes for pulp. Chop or grind onions and peppers. Combine all ingredients and cook to blend, approximately 20 minutes or more. Process 30 minutes in hot water bath.

6 quarts tomato pulp
2 green peppers
4 onions
3 tablespoons oregano
4 teaspoons basil leaves
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 teaspoons pizza seasoning
3 bay leaves
2 teaspoons celery salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons rosemary leaves
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoon hot sauce
