Mother's Ripe Tomato Relish

Combine all the ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pack into hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes 6 pints	6 c. cored and chopped ripe tomatoes 1 c. finely chopped celery 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1/4 c. finely chopped red bell pepper 1/4 c. finely chopped green bell pepper 1/4 c. (scant) salt 1 c. sugar 1 T. ground nutmeg 1 t ground cinnamon 1/2 t. ground cloves 1 t. dry mustard 1 pint cider vinegar
