Recipe Hot Pepper Rings Amish Canning Recipes

Slice hot peppers in rings with seeds. put in pt. jars. put 1 t. vegetable oil and 1 t. salt into each jar. Mix 1 pt. vinegar, 3 c. water and 3 c. white sugar and bring to a boil. Pour over hot peppers in jars. Cold pack to boiling, remove immediately.

Makes 6 pints.
