Recipe Green Tomato Relish Amish Canning Recipes

Grind together tomatoes, peppers, onions, and red pepper; drain. Mix sugar, salt, and vinegar. Tie up pickling spice in a bag. Mix all together and cook for 20 minutes. Remove spice bag. Put into jars; seal.

24 green tomatoes
6 green peppers
12 onions
1 red pepper
6 c. sugar
2 T. salt
2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. pickling spice
