Recipe Chili Salsa Amish Canning Recipes

Mix first 4 ingredients together and set aside. In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients which is the seasoning mixture.
Pour 1/4 c. seasoning mixture into each pt. jar. Fill jar to within 1/2" of top with tomato, onion and pepper mixture. Pressure cook at 10 lbs. pressure for 35 minutes.

Yield: 8 pints.

14 C. chopped tomatoes
3 c. chopped onions
8 oz. green chilies
1/2 c. chopped Jalapeno peppers, optional

3 T. salt
1 T. chili powder
5 T cornstarch
1 T. garlic powder
1½ t. cumin
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. tomato sauce
