Recipe Blueberries to Can Amish Canning Recipes

Mix water and sugar; add 1 qt. blueberries. Bring to a boil. Add the rest of the blueberries and bring to a boil again. When boiling again, thicken with Perma-Flo to your liking. Put in jars and seal. I like to have some thick enough for puddings and pie fillings and some only slightly thickened to eat as fruit.

5 c. sugar
3½ qt. blueberries
