Heat 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup light corn syrup till sugar is melted. Add 1 cup peanut butter and 6 cips Rice Krispies; press in buttered pan.
Frosting:
Melt 6 oz. chocolate chips and 6 oz. butterscotch chips in double boiler. Do not let water boil. Spread on Rice Krispy mixture.
