a 9x13 pan. Layer bread, ham, Tater-Tots, onion, and pepper. Mix eggs
and milk; pour over all. Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes. Combine
cracker crumbs and butter. Top casserole with cheese, then cracker
crumbs. Bake 15-30 minutes longer. Let set 15 minutes before serving.
Yields 12-15 servings.
16 slices bread, cubed
2½ c. ham, cubed
16 oz. cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 small bag Tater-Tots
3 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
1/2 c. chopped pepper (optional)
3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
