| Beat egg yolks until light in color. Sift
the dry ingredients together. Add the milk and melted butter to the
beaten egg yolks. Slowly add the dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter last. pour
about 3/4 cup of batter on the grill for each waffle.
Makes about 6 medium waffles
2 c. flour
1 t. salt
2 eggs, separated
2 c. milk
3½ t. baking powder
4 T. butter, melted
