Sugarless Fruit-Nut Muffins

   Combine dates, raisins, prunes, and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Stir in oleo and salt; cool. Add remaining ingredients to fruit; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes, or until done.
1 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped prunes
1 cup water
12 cup oleo
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts
