Raspberry-Cream Cheese Rolls
| Mix first
8 ingredients together. Let rise for two hours. Shape into rolls and put
into pans. You can spread melted butter and cinnamon on when you roll.
Using a scissors cut slits in top of rolls and fill with cream cheese
and raspberry filling. Let rise until double. Bake at 350° F. until
nice and brown, about 30 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting.
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. oatmeal
2 T. yeast
3 t. salt
2 eggs, beaten
4-6 c. flour
1/2 tube cream cheese filling
1/2 tube raspberry filling or any fruit filling desired.
