Raisin Bread

   Preheat oven to 350 F. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Set aside. Mix raisins, margarine, sugar, salt and cooled, scalded milk. Add eggs and yeast mixture. Gradually add about 12 c. of flour until you get a soft dough. Let rise once. Pour into greased pans and let rise again until double in size. Bake for 35 minutes. 4 pkg. yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
4 c raisins
1 c. margarine
1 c sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 c. scalded milk, cooled
8 eggs
12 c flour
