| Cook cornmeal
and water until stiff and forms a ball, about 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add milk, oil and onion. Stir until smooth. Gradually stir in beaten eggs.
Blend dry ingredients and mix well with cornmeal mixture. Drop by teaspoon
into 1" deep hot fat.
