Honey Bread

  Add boiling water to oatmeal, set aside until lukewarm. Mix yeast and water. Add honey, eggs, salt and Crisco to oatmeal mixture then add yeast, water and flour. Knead well, let rise, knead again and form into loaves. Bake at 325 F. for 50 minutes. 2 cups quick oatmeal
2 cups boiling water
4 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons salt
1 cup honey
1 tablespoon Crisco
3 packages yeast
3 cups warm water
14 cups flour
