Dilly Buns

   Dissolve yeast in water. Put all ingredients but flour in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add flour slowly, beating after each addition. Cover with cloth. Let rise until double; about 1 hour. Stir down and form into small buns. Place on greased pan and let rise until light -about 30 minutes. Bake in a 350 F. oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown - 40 to 45 minutes for a loaf. Remove from pans, brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Bakes 12 buns. 1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dry onion flakes
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt or less
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 tbsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
2 c. flour
