| It seems
hard to understand why people buy boxes of croutons when they are so
easy to make. Cut thick slices of day-old white bread into 1/2"
squares. Place in a well-buttered baking dish or on a buttered baking
sheet. Sprinkle with Krazy Salt or a seasoned salt of your choice. Dot
with bits of butter, and bake in a preheated 350° F. oven until light
brown and crisp. These keep well in an airtight container.
