Stuffed Mushrooms

Break the stems from the caps and measure out 1 cup. Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and fill the caps with the mixture. Bake in a preheated 350° F. oven for 15 minutes and serve warm.

24 medium sized mushrooms
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. celery
2 T. parsley
1/4 green pepper, chopped
13 c. cream cheese
3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
