Shrimp Cocktail with Hot Sauce
Put
the raw shrimp in a large saucepan and cover with beer. Add salt and
seafood seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for
4-5 minutes, or until shrimp turn white. Drain and cool. Peel and devein.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve
For hot sauce, blend all ingredients thoroughly.
Refrigerate in a covered container. This sauce will keep for weeks,
refrigerated.

1 (12-ounce) bottle beer
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon seafood seasoningHot Sauce:
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup ground horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
* Dash tabasco
