Recipe Oven Fried Quesadillas Appetizer Amish Cooking Recipes

Preheat oven to 450° F. Take one tortilla and brush with butter. Layer toppings as you would for pizza. Then top with another tortilla. Bake for 10 minutes of until tops are lightly browned. Let set 3 - 5 minutes. Cut each Quesadilla into 8 wedges.

8 flour tortillas
1 can pizza sauce
1 sm. green pepper
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. sausage
1 pkg. shredded cheese
