Recipe Mini Apple Pizzas Appetizer Amish Cooking Recipes

Roll or pat biscuits into 3.5" circles, place on lightly greased baking sheet. In mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon, mix well. Add apples and mix well. Spoon rounded tablespoonfuls onto biscuits. Bake at 350° for 15 - 20 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Serve warm.

10 refrigerator biscuits
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. flour
1 t. cinnamon
2 cooking apples peeled, cored and shredded
