Fried Cheese
Cut
the cheese into 24 sticks or slices. Dip each piece into the beaten egg,
then into the crumbs and seeds. Repeat the process again and chill for
an hour. Drop into a deep fryer or a skillet with an inch of oil in it
and cook for a couple minutes until lightly browned. Drain on absorbent
paper and serve hot.
Makes 18-24 sticks or slices

12 ounce package cheddar cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. dried bread crumbs
2 T. sesame seeds
oil for frying
