Although Herbal smoking products contain no tobacco or nicotine we follow the same guidelines applicable to tobacco cigarettes as follows:

1. Federal Law requires that purchasers of tobacco products must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama, Alaska, and Utah).  By selecting any product for purchase, you are legally confirming that you are at least the legal age to buy tobacco and alternative/herbal smoking products in your state.

2. Herbal smoking products purchased from Ricardo's are for personal use only, and not for resale.

3. Purchases must not be made with the intent to distribute these purchases to minors.

4.  We collect sales tax for Pennsylvania residents only.  Federal legislation allows the purchase of herbal smoking products for personal use/consumption from out-of-state and your state's Department of Taxation may have the right to pursue your local and/or state taxes.  We have not yet heard of any state pursuing individuals for taxation on herbal cigarettes for personal consumption.  If you are concerned about paying your state's taxes, call your local Dept. of Taxation.

5. Certain types and brands of herbal smoking products are not allowed to be sold in some states.  This information is clearly indicated on each brand's presentation page.  IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER FOR RESTRICTED PRODUCTS SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS IN RESTRICTED STATES, THAT PORTION OF  YOUR ORDER WILL INCUR A THREE PERCENT (3%) CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION FEE AND THOSE ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR ORDER.

6. We reserves the right to refuse any order at any time at our sole discretion.

7. All orders for herbal smoking products MUST have the same billing address and shipping address and will be address verified before shipping.

8. All orders for herbal smoking products MUST contain the working e-mail address and buyer's telephone number.

9. Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively seek to prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number.  We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud.
