Chicken Gumbo

  Butter bottom of medium roaster; put 9 slices bread in bottom layer. Add cut-up chicken. Mix butter, salad dressing, beaten eggs, milk, broth and salt; pour over bread and chicken. Top with Velveeta cheese and celery soup and cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hours. Cover with foil. Take foil off last 15 minutes to crisp bread. May be made and refrigerated the day before. 9 slices bread
4 cups  cut-up chicken
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup salad dressing
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
salt to taste
2 cans cream of celery soup
buttered bread crumbs
