Barbecued Cornish Game Hens
Combine butter, vinegar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and chives
in a bowl. Place the Cornish hens on a hot outdoor or kitchen grill,
skin side up. Baste with the butter mixture. Continue basting each time
before turning the hens for approximately 15-20 minutes, until the hens
are golden brown and tender.
