Blueberry Cobbler
Combine
both sugars and cornstarch in a saucepan with water and cook until
thick. Stir in fruit. Place in baking dish.
Crust: Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Add milk, then oleo and
beat. Spoon over fruit mixture. Mix sugar with nutmeg and sprinkle on
top. Bake at 375° F. for 40-45 minutes. Delicious!
Serves 6.

1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 heaping tablespoons cornstarch
1¾ cups water
2 cups blueberries or any other fruit desired.
Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup melted or soft oleo
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or cinnamon (or both)
