sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2½ qt. saucepan. Bring to full
rolling boil, stirring constantly. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips or butterscotch chips until
melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well
blended. Pour in a greased 13" x 9" pan. Cool Cut in squares.
