Wheat Oatmeal Bread
| Soak yeast
in warm water. Add 3 cups warm water, salt lecithin and molasses. Add
flour and oats. Knead then add cooking oil. Let rise until double. Work
down and shape loaves. Let rise in pans and bake at 300° F. for 25-30
Makes 3 or 4 loaves.
3 tablespoons yeast, soaked in 1 cup warm
2/3 cup cane molasses
2/3 cup shortening or cooking oil
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups wheat flour
8 cups flour
4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon lecithin
3 cups warm water
