Sweet French Buns
yeast, water, and 1/2 t. sugar> Combine milk, 1/4 c. sugar, butter,
and salt; cool to lukewarm. Add egg to milk mixture. Add yeast; mix
well. Stir in flour. Let rise until double; punch down and let rise
again. Bake at 325° F. for 30 minutes
or until done.
Yields 2 doz.
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water

1 c. milk, scalded
1/4 c. sugar
3 T. butter
1 t. salt
1 large egg, beaten
4 c. Robin Hood flour
